A boutique hotel in Ninh Ninh particularly stood out for its traditional decor and serene ambiance surrounded by limestone cliffs. “The staff was always ready to help and made my stay very enjoyable,” she added.

Lama’s itinerary included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Ninh, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. Ha Long Bay was her favorite destination, thanks to its stunning natural beauty. She engaged in various activities, such as a cruise in Ha Long Bay, exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, and a cycling in Ninh Binh. “Each place had its own charm and unique experiences to offer,” she noted.

Interactions with Locals

The friendly and hospitable nature of the Vietnamese people made Lama’s trip even more enjoyable. “The locals were always willing to share stories and help out,” she said. She also learned a few basic Vietnamese phrases, like “xin chào” (hello) and “cảm ơn” (thank you), which added to her cultural immersion.
