Today’s story is about Lama, as you all know, the frontline customer service director of Fathuruverin, who went to experience Vietnam as part of a quality check for Fathuruverin’s Mystical Vietnam Tour. Arrival and First Impressions

Upon arriving in Vietnam, Lama felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. “The energy of the place was palpable, and I couldn’t wait to explore,” she said. Her first impressions were overwhelmingly positive, noting the country’s vibrant atmosphere and the warm welcome she received from the Driver who came to pick her up.

Accommodation Highlights

Lama’s accommodation experience was excellent. All the hotels provided by fathuruverin was strategically located which was not far from tourist spots, surrounded by many cafe’s and restaurants and Spa’s. She stayed in various hotels that were top notched, comfortable, ultra clean and centrally located. A boutique hotel in Ninh Ninh particularly stood out for its traditional decor and serene ambiance surrounded by limestone cliffs. “The staff was always ready to help and made my stay very enjoyable,” she added.

Immersive Cultural Experiences

Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage left a lasting impression on Lama. She enjoyed visiting ancient temples and pagodas and was particularly fascinated by the Cultural Scenes in Hanoi. “The cultural depth and history were fascinating,” Lama recalled.

Delicious Vietnamese Cuisine

As a food enthusiast, Lama relished the opportunity to try various Vietnamese dishes. Her favorites included, Banh Mi, and fresh spring rolls. “The flavors were so fresh and delicious,” she said. One unique experience was trying egg coffee in Hanoi, which she found surprisingly delightful.

Sightseeing and Activities

Lama’s itinerary included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Ninh, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. Ha Long Bay was her favorite destination, thanks to its stunning natural beauty. She engaged in various activities, such as a cruise in Ha Long Bay, exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, and a cycling in Ninh Binh. “Each place had its own charm and unique experiences to offer,” she noted.

Interactions with Locals

The friendly and hospitable nature of the Vietnamese people made Lama’s trip even more enjoyable. “The locals were always willing to share stories and help out,” she said. She also learned a few basic Vietnamese phrases, like “xin chào” (hello) and “cảm ơn” (thank you), which added to her cultural immersion.

Challenges and Surprises

Lama faced a few challenges, such as the language barrier, but the guides that were hired by fathuruverin was always helpful in helping Lama understand. She was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was, from food to souvenirs. “Vietnam offers great value for money,” she remarked.

Lama offered some valuable tips for anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. She recommended learning a few basic Vietnamese phrases, and trying as much local food as possible. “Be prepared for the hectic traffic in the cities, crossing the streets can be an adventure in itself,” she advised.
